Buffalo & Erie County Programs Get Cooking

While we like to give our Buffalo Site Director Paul Pérez a hard time about being surprised his head could get any bigger, the newest Buffalo billboard graced with a very large Paul is certainly having some impact. This week, the Buffalo & Erie County Landlord Property Improvement Fund finally gets a kick off with the Mayor and other community VIPs. The Landlord Fund provides Buffalo area "Mom and Pop" landlords with low interest loans of up to $25,000 to address lead paint hazards and other health and safety needs in their 1-4 units rental properties. Landlords, located in the city of Buffalo, can also take advantage of a grant of up to $5,000 or 20% of the total loan amount.
